2. ARE ALL DEAL TOYS AND TOMBSTONES CUSTOMIZED AND PERSONALIZED?
Yes, design and personalization are included in every order. We provide a free digital artwork proof which is sent to you as PDF file. You can request unlimited design changes at no charge, and with each change we’ll send you an updated artwork proof. We don’t start production until we have your signed approval of the artwork proof.

4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCE AN ORDER?
Our standard lead time is 10 business days from the date you order to the date you’re holding your customized deal toys in hand. Orders received before 10am PST are considered to start the same day. Delivery dates are by end of day.
5. WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU WORK WITH?
We primarily work with crystal, glass, wood and metal, which are timeless materials that people love to hold and feel.
6. WHAT TYPE OF MARKINGS DO YOU PROVIDE?
We mark crystal and glass pieces with sandblasting etching. For wooden pieces we use laser engraving. Both methods offer permanent and impressive markings that will add value to your financial tombstones and deal markers.
7. DO YOU OFFER LUCITE OR ACRYLIC TOMBSTONES?
Yes, upon request we also offer Lucite Deal Toys and Acrylic Tombstones. Lucite Tombstones are non-stock items with a wide variety of customization options, so please contact us with your ideas and we can provide you with a quote. Note that Lucite Tombstones have a 4-6 week lead time.
8. HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER FOR FINANCIAL TOMBSTONES?
1. Order Online:
This is the easiest and fastest way of placing your order. Simply visit the page of the award you want to purchase, and fill out the required fields and quantity. When you visit the cart you will see the quantity discounts applied if you've ordered 6 pieces or more.
2. Via Email:
If you prefer to use email, simply send the details of your order to email@example.com. Your email should include the following the pieces you are interested in, quantity of awards, personalization instructions, EPS versions of your logos, required delivery date, contact info, shipping address, and billing preference.

9. DO YOU DO 3D ETCHING INSIDE CRYSTAL?
Our standard sandblasting is a surface etching only. It is permanent and impressive to see and feel, however it is on the surface only, not inside. 10. ARE YOUR PRICES FIXED?
Yes, for your convenience, all financial tombstones have fixed prices based on the quantity ordered. Prices include all custom design, unlimited artwork changes, and all personalization. There are no setup charges or hidden fees. Only taxes and shipping are extra.
11. DO YOU OFFER RUSH SERVICE AND DELIVERY
Yes, if you need your order delivered in less than 10 days, we offer the following rush service options:
7-9 day delivery, add the greater of $25 or 5% of your order
4-6 day delivery, add the greater of $75 or 15% of your order
1-3 day delivery, add the greater of $150 or 30% of your order
Rush charges are determined by when you place your order and your requested delivery date. Once we approve and accept your order, we guarantee on-time delivery by the end of day on your requested delivery date.
12. DO YOU OFFER ANY GUARANTEES?
Yes, we offer guaranteed on-time delivery or your order is free. We also guaranteed safe delivery, as well as guaranteed accuracy that your order will match your approved artwork.
13. WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
For your first order, we require payment by Visa or MC. Future orders may be invoiced.
